My name is Dominika and I am an artist, painter. I graduated from the Conservation of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. I live and work in Austria where I belong to the Professional Association of Fine Artists of Austria s and Cultural Network of Lower Austria.
In 2022 I was awarded the ART-Award 2022 of the Professional Association of Fine Artists of Austria Regional Association Vienna/NÖ/Bgld for my painting “Utopien”.
The main themes of my works are female figures, landscapes and abstractions.
I paint mostly in oils because of the versatility, subtlety and multidimensionality that can be achieved. Sometimes I also experiment with different techniques looking for newer and newer means of expression of the art I create.
I am inspired by nature and tradition, which I love to combine with a touch of modernity. My paintings are on the verge of realism and magic, they exude femininity and serenity.
I am interested in contemporary technology. I belong to a community of artists creating virtual reality on the ARTIVIVA platform, so for some of my paintings I make 3D animation in augmented reality AR.
